It is up to you how you see things

Mitsuo Aida, The Poet of Zen

Mitsuo Aida was a Japanese poet and caligrapher. He was called “The Poet of Zen”. His work is beautiful, so I introduce one of them today.

It is up to you how you see things

He said “Since your heart is beautiful, the things you see is also beautiul”.

It is just beautiful what he said.

We want to see things beautifully. We need to practice to keep beautiful hearts.

Think about a little child. A little child is always curious about many things. They see things purely.

Why not be more curious and see things purely sometimes?

Have beautiful heart. Have nice people around you.

It is up to you how you see the things.
