Here is the simple rule:

“Do NOT touch your nose too often”.

 

Nose can be associated with money (spending money). Touching here too often does not bring you good luck with money.

Touching also includes picking your nose too. 

 

If you are used to touch your nose very often, you can recognize it and reduce the number of touching.

 

And another benefit is, of course, during the COVID-19 Pandemic, it is not suggested to touch your face, including nose, anyway.
